Scope of work

Role: Content Leader

​

  • Led the content team in developing and executing a cohesive communication strategy across multiple social media platforms

  • Created and managed the media timeline to ensure timely rollouts of all online content leading up to and during the event

  • Developed detailed media briefs for the design and content sub-teams, aligning all deliverables with the event’s mission and visual identity

  • Oversaw the content progression, ensuring message consistency, audience engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives

  • Coordinated the production and scheduling of social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other university -based platform such as RMITnews, RMIT digital signage, RMIT Campus Buzz

  • Worked cross-functionally with design and logistics teams to ensure content team is supported

  • Responded to time-sensitive changes and ensured all media outputs met deadlines and quality standards

What I have learned?
  • Strengthened leadership skills by managing a multidisciplinary content team

  • Learned to create and maintain a comprehensive media timeline to keep communication efforts are on track

  • Gained practical experience in writing and delivering clear and actionable media briefs

  • Developed the ability to oversee and guide the creative process from ideation to execution

  • Understood how to maintain brand consistency and message clarity across different content creators and formats
