Role: Content Leader

Led the content team in developing and executing a cohesive communication strategy across multiple social media platforms

Created and managed the media timeline to ensure timely rollouts of all online content leading up to and during the event

Developed detailed media briefs for the design and content sub-teams, aligning all deliverables with the event’s mission and visual identity

Oversaw the content progression, ensuring message consistency, audience engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives

Coordinated the production and scheduling of social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other university -based platform such as RMITnews, RMIT digital signage, RMIT Campus Buzz

Worked cross-functionally with design and logistics teams to ensure content team is supported

Responded to time-sensitive changes and ensured all media outputs met deadlines and quality standards
